Senior Sales Manager for EMEA Region

As a key member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and commercial activities for the Product Inspection product line within the Production Process and Analytics business unit of the Chemical Analysis Division.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales team in the EMEA region to meet or exceed regional order-booking and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement an annual regional business plan to enhance team performance and improve market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problem customer accounts and improve business performance.
- Apply the CRM system to effectively manage the business pipeline and activities.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date forecasts and contribute to the development of subordinates' careers.
- Technical or scientist background with broad equipment experience, preferably in the food, converting, and/or packaging industry.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to operate independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in business communication in Italian and English.
