This platform empowers businesses and individuals to design, innovate, and bring their creative visions to life. If you're interested in the intersection of sales and technology, this is the ideal opportunity for you Daily Tasks Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers. Serve as an Account Manager for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales metrics, and account updates. Identify opportunities to improve client experiences and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements Language Skills : LATAM Spanish (minimum C1) English (B2 or higher). Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with cold calling and upselling expertise. Interest in Tech : Passion for the tech industry and its advancements. Work Authorization : Valid work permit for Greece or EU citizenship. Availability : Ready to start or relocate to Athens as soon as possible.
