**Quale sarà il tuo ruolo**:
Entra a far parte del nostro team come Sales Coach Intern e contribuisci al successo del nostro team di vendita. Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il Sales Coach Manager per la definizione di progetti atti a migliorare processi e strategie di vendita, e le capacità commerciali dei nostri oltre 80 sales. Il focus del team è quello di migliorare continuamente i metodi di lavoro del nostro team di vendita, comprendere come utilizzano gli strumenti e identificare le azioni che possiamo implementare per raggiungere gli obiettivi.
Le tue responsabilità riguarderanno principalmente le seguenti aree:
- Costruzione con il sales director della comunicazione, scelta dei contenuti e scaletta interventi delle presentazioni a tutto il team sales Italia.
- Sviluppo di programmi formativi e pillole di coaching per il team di vendita.
- Coordinamento dei progetti con il team di Sales Excellence di miglioramento processi e strategie di vendita in tutte le loro fasi (diagnostico, ideazione iniziative, implementazione, interpretazione dei risultati e adattamento).
- Ottimizzazione continua dei materiali per i training sales, garantendo che sia sempre allineato alle esigenze dinamiche del mercato.
- Supervisione dell'efficienza nell'organizzazione del team di vendita per poter priorizzare gli interventi correttivi.
- Individuazione dei casi di successo del team per condividerli al resto del team tramite pillole di formazione.
- Collaborazione con team globali per implementare iniziative sales trasversali a livello internazionale.
**Cosa ci aspettiamo da te**:
- Laurea in economia, ingegneria o percorsi affini
- Esperienza in ambito sales, business analyst o customer operations
- Gestione autonoma di un progetto, dalla fase di comprensione dei bisogni, alla definizione di un piano di azione e all'implementazione delle iniziative
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, problem solving e relazionali all'interno di un team
- Buone competenze analitiche e di lettura critica di risultati
- Buone capacità di comunicazione in Italiano e Inglese
