Your responsibilities
Raccogli brief su esigenze e indicazioni del Cliente assegnato.
Trasmetti i brief relativi ai progetti di propria responsabilità alle risorse destinatarie.
Assicuri la coerenza di quanto realizzato da Caffeina rispetto al brief del Cliente.
Assicuri la qualità dell'output del proprio team.
Sviluppi e mantieni un contatto quotidiano con il Cliente, garantendo un supporto professionale, follow up tempestivi e indagando nuove opportunità.
Richiedi all'Operations Manager l'allocazione del tempo per le risorse coinvolte nei progetti di tua responsabilità.
Conduci e concludi gare e negoziazioni con fornitori, e ne curi la parte documentale fino alla chiusura, in collaborazione con l'area Administration.
Definisci milestone e timeline dei progetti di propria responsabilità.
Assicuri il rispetto delle stime, dei tempi di lavorazione e delle deadline da parte delle risorse assegnate al progetto.
Cogli segnali di rischio in anticipo e agisci proattivamente per neutralizzarli.
Segnali tempestivamente criticità ed opportunità legate al tuo lavoro.
Affronti le critiche e risolve i problemi segnalati dal Cliente, puntando al miglioramento della sua soddisfazione e al rafforzamento della reputazione di Caffeina.
Elabori, misuri e tracci le metriche chiave del tuo lavoro.
Offri suggerimenti, consulenza, supporto e feedback al tuo team per raggiungere gli obiettivi.
Assisti il tuo team nella risoluzione delle problematiche, pronto a recepire le eventuali escalation.
Valuti il tuo team e comunichi regolarmente feedback relativi all'andamento del progetto, mantenendo allineate tutte le risorse coinvolte.
Ti mantieni all'avanguardia sugli ultimi sviluppi di tecnologie, mercato e trend digitali.
Who you are
Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo di Account Executive in una Digital Agency.
Livello di Istruzione al grado di laurea.
Desiderio nel lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, orientato alla cura dei dettagli, guidato dalle deadline.
Ottime capacità di espressione, con la capacità di spiegare concetti tecnici e/o di business ad audience eterogenee.
Capacità di lavorare in team.
Capacità di presentare progetti e fare storytelling di un'idea in pubblico.
Buona conoscenza della suite Office (in particolare Excel).
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
