Stiamo cercando un/una Project Administrator da inserire nella divisione Delivery Operations. La persona sarà basata a Pero (MI) o a Firenze.
La figura del Project Administrator, lavorando in stretta collaborazione con il Project Manager, fornirà supporto amministrativo e operativo per lo sviluppo di attività, implementazione e reporting di progetto relativamente a installazione e modernizzazione di impianti elevatori.
Attività e responsabilità Mantenere i contatti con i clienti per fornire assistenza e supporto tecnico per le attività di progetto
Monitorare le attività per garantirne la conformità con gli obiettivi e le esigenze amministrative del progetto
Monitorare gli sviluppi del progetto
Gestione dell'ordine del cliente e verifica della conformità dell'ordine nel gestionale SAP
Conciliazione delle spese di missione per tutti i membri del team e trasmissione per autorizzazione e pagamento
È responsabile del monitoraggio dello stato della fatturazione
È responsabile del monitoraggio e dell'aggiornamento delle previsioni dei costi con i dati effettivi e le fatture in entrata
È il punto di riferimento per il Project Manager, i Sales Account e i Supervisore di zona
Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori (ordini, fatture, pagamenti)
Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti (ordini, fatture, incassi)
Requisiti e Competenze Collaborazione e buone doti comunicative
Utilizzo dei sistemi informativi (Office 365, SAP)
Propensione a sviluppare una profonda conoscenza dei prodotti e servizi
Orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi
Capacità di gestire e analizzare dati
Diploma di Ragioneria, Diploma di laurea o equivalente
Conoscenza bella basi di contabilità
Conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta
Formazione continua
Possibilità di lavoro Ibrido
