Il tuo ruolo e le tue responsabilità:

- Gestire gli ordini dei clienti (Robot, accordi, servizi, formazione), verificando la correttezza e l'accuratezza dei dati.
- Gestione degli ordini principalmente in SAP e altri strumenti aziendali.
- Gestire i contatti con fornitori e fabbriche.
- Prendersi cura delle richieste dei clienti, garantendo la migliore customer experience.
- Prendersi cura dei reclami dei clienti, cercando soluzioni per risolverli.
- Rispettare l'integrità dell'azienda e le procedure SOX.

Requisiti per il ruolo:

- Laurea, preferibilmente in economia.
- Preferibilmente 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.
- Buona conoscenza di SAP.
- Buona conoscenza di Windows, Excel, Outlook.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione e forte orientamento al cliente.
- La conoscenza di Salesforce costituisce un plus.
