**Customer Support Specialist**:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our E-Mobility business. In this role you will be responsible to provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other internal and/or external teams, Coordinate resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
- Recommend appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
- Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarify any questions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
- Track regular targets performance and provide results to management.
- Propose solutions to continuously improve the Customer Support activities and performances.

**Your background**:

- A degree in Languages, Economics or Technical Field and at least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in similar business with a multi-cultural stakeholder is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP and previous experiences in logistics area are considered a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Dynamic mind-set, ability to multi-task, willing to learn new things, collaborative and proactive, continuously proposed solutions.
