The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and [ comfort zone ] for skincare.
Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute.
The Group became a B corp in 2016, and today has 8 offices, operates in 90 countries, and employs around 900 collaborators globally.

Your Mission: The mission is to take care of customers satisfaction so to favor a long-lasting and sustainable relationship with them, to provide clear and fast information and answers and to allow sales reps to maximize commercial effectiveness.
What You'll Do: Guarantee the proper and prompt support for clients Ensure a correct and quick orders processing Claim managing Check clients contracts conditions and progress Control and cooperate with the sales force for the correct application of sales conditions Interface with other departments (Trade Marketing, Education, Invoicing, Credit Management, Logistic and Demand Planning departments) Who You Are: Have strong interpersonal communication competences in order to build strong relations with partners and customers; Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices; Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset; Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks; Be a great team-player; Experience of use and in-depth knowledge of the operation of BtoB communication management software; Experiece of use of Salesforce.com is a plus; Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle a strong plus.
Knowledge of English is essential (B2/C).
