Your RoleSea customer care expert support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will provide front line support for clients and customers, and ensure that they are satisfied with our products, services and features, thereby contributing to excellent service standards.
Your ResponsibilitiesCustomer care and satisfaction: to proactively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfactionShipment management: qualification and entry of customer orders into the operational execution processQuotation management: qualification of customer inquiries, provide quotations and updates, set final selling priceCustomer onboarding: inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into our systemsCustomer data management: maintenance and integration of customer data in our systemsOperational customer relationship management: knowledge exchange with the salesReporting: creating, refining, and reviewing reportsYour Skills and ExperiencesSea Logistics backgroundIntermediate level of English B1Communication and conflict resolution skillsAnalytical skillsGood Reasons to JoinSince its foundation in 1890, Kuehne+Nagel has been committed to delivering its services with the highest standards to customers and communities, creating a tradition of excellence.
