Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che possa unirsi al team come Digital Solution Analyst & Customer Experience. Il candidato/a deve avere un'ottima comprensione delle dinamiche di customer experience e deve essere capace di analizzare (e ottimizzare) i processi aziendali dei clienti assegnati, proponendo soluzioni innovative.

Responsabilità: Analizzare i processi esistenti e identificare aree di miglioramento in termini di customer experience;Proporre soluzioni di digital transformation che migliorino l'interazione tra Brand e Cliente e quindi il livello di soddisfazione;Collaborare con i diversi team interni al fine di assicurarsi che le soluzioni proposte siano allineate con gli obiettivi aziendali e le necessità dei clienti;Analizzare i dati e monitorare l'efficacia delle iniziative di customer experience;Creare e gestire roadmap orientate al miglioramento dell'esperienza cliente; Requisiti: Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Digital Solution Analyst o in ruoli simili focalizzati sulla customer experience e sulla digital transformation;Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem-solving;Conoscenza dei tool di analisi dei dati e delle tecnologie di digital transformation;Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestione di stakeholder interni ed esterni;Conoscenza delle logiche UX/UI.
