Today, thanks to their work, more than half of the products purchased on Amazon are sold by third-party sellers through the Marketplace service.By applying for the Marketplace Account Manager role, you are applying for 3 teams within the Amazon France Marketplace.Key job responsibilitiesNew Account Manager - New Seller RecruitmentSupport companies in their launch on Amazon.fr: identify and prospect companies, approach them and initiate contact, and educate them on the benefits to make them launch their business on Amazon.fr.Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.Work with partner sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.)
to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.Achieve the objectives of launching new businesses on Amazon.fr and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.New Account Manager - Existing Seller ManagementBuild trusting relationships with existing partner sellers with high potential and support them in developing their business on Amazon.Become an expert in one or more development programs (international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.)
that enable partner sellers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.Work with high-potential French partner sellers to develop their growth through your specific program.Collect feedback from seller experience on your program and support the development of this program.Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.Achieve the objectives of growth levers activated for existing third-party sellers and support them in growing their revenue.Marketplace Consultant - Amazon Marketplace Professional ServicesThe AMPS (Amazon Marketplace Professional Services) program is Amazon's consulting service for Marketplace key accounts.
It offers a premium and customized solution to support these partner sellers in their strategic decisions.
Drawing on Amazon's many areas of expertise, we offer them strategies tailored to their needs to help them define and meet their goals: stimulate sales, develop their business and satisfy their customers.Articulate value propositions around our paid service programs.Strategically manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 partner sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth in France and Europe based on a solid understanding of programs, tools, and processes.Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize partner seller potential across all modules: selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising strategies, brand management.Prepare and present regular business plans with partner sellers in your portfolio.Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and competitive environment.Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes.
Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.Achieve the objectives on seller satisfaction support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)Strong interest in the E-commerce sectorExcellent level of French and EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and team spiritExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills, including Microsoft ExcelAbility to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexityAbility to successfully influence at all levels within an organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSOne or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accountsExperience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consultingAbility to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutionsThis role is a springboard for growth in the digital and at Amazon
