About Catawiki Collectables

Catawiki is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to drive market growth for our Collectables platform in Italy.

This role involves developing deep knowledge of sellers' needs, educating them on key performance indicators, and establishing strategic growth plans to align with Category Managers and Sales Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and excellence in the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top sellers, educating them on Catawiki's quality guidelines and best practices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze commercial processes, KPIs, and translate insights into relevant data and actions.
  • Collaborate with experts to accelerate profitable growth, foster lasting relationships with sellers, and optimize seller performance.
  • Present progress updates to senior management and peers, ensuring transparent communication on account performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for collectibles and a deep understanding of the market.
  • Ability to use Google tools (sheets, slides) and data, with experience in HubSpot a plus.
