International Customers & PBV Key Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Customers & PBV Key Account Manager to join our team at Kia Italia in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Fleet team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Light Commercial Vehicles (PBV) and Passengers car business - B2B channel.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with international customers, Dealer Network, and Leasing companies' KAM.
  • Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service to the customer base.
  • Support other KAM in PBV Business and be the direct referent for International Fleet Customers.
  • Work together with Kia Europe to support the start-up of PBV's.
  • Develop and increase B2B volumes for the area, involved in international customers management and PBV development in Italy.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or other relevant degree.
  • 3+ years in automotive industry (B2B).
  • Italian: fluent, spoken and written.
  • English: fluent, spoken and written.
  • MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills.
  • Able to think out of the box.
  • Comfortable in working in Cross Cultural environment.
