The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in our Sales team based out of Italy, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, Europe Poultry and Swine.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation activities in the assigned territory, leveraging commercial acumen to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin targets for Phibro products.
- Provide technical support to customers, key influencers, and end users to ensure proper use of products and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Support local distributors by providing demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support to drive the sale of products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area, providing guidance to the Species Business Manager.
- Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen relationships and promote Phibro's portfolio.
- Inform customers about Phibro's pricing policy and other relevant business information to foster long-term partnerships.
- Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Comply with Phibro's policies and lead with a high level of integrity, demonstrating a strong work ethic and flexibility to work across differing time zones.
