Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to support our National Key Account Manager in achieving sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in achieving defined sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients.
- Ensure company strategic guidelines are followed while promoting company principles and values.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with key customers according to company guidelines.
- Build durable and trustworthy relationships with key customers to achieve mutual long-term satisfaction.
- Provide regular analysis of sales, stock in trade, and budget statistics to track agreed sales KPIs.
Requirements
- University Degree with a Scientific and Economic background.
- Background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy.
- Knowledge of wholesales channels.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
