Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to support our National Key Account Manager in achieving sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Key Account Manager in achieving defined sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients.
  2. Ensure company strategic guidelines are followed while promoting company principles and values.
  3. Negotiate commercial agreements with key customers according to company guidelines.
  4. Build durable and trustworthy relationships with key customers to achieve mutual long-term satisfaction.
  5. Provide regular analysis of sales, stock in trade, and budget statistics to track agreed sales KPIs.

Requirements

  1. University Degree with a Scientific and Economic background.
  2. Background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy.
  3. Knowledge of wholesales channels.
  4. Communication and organizational skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
