Job Description

Key Account Specialist

KONE Italia Iberica, Sede Operativa di Milano, is seeking a Key Account Specialist to manage and develop relationships with strategic clients in the region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing market share and creating value through innovative solutions and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with existing KONE maintenance contracts for elevators, escalators, and building doors.
  • Actively seek out new clients to expand the portfolio.
  • Manage contract renewals and amendments to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with KONE guidelines.
  • Propose solutions for modernization and replacement of equipment to improve safety, efficiency, comfort, and people flow in buildings.
  • Consolidate commercial relationships over time, act proactively, and ensure credit recovery in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with customers to create multi-year investment plans to ensure continuous efficiency of equipment.

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Experience in managing sales of services to core clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to promote KONE solutions.
  • Customer-oriented and value-creating mindset.
  • Ability to execute and monitor objectives.
  • Strong results and business strategy orientation.
  • Good knowledge of English (non-negotiable).
  • University degree (preferable) and knowledge of the sector (welcome).
  • Digital skills.
  • Professional use of MS Office.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
