Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team at Randstad Italia SpA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's overall success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in closing deals by ensuring contracts are completed promptly and within the agreed terms.
  • Monitor sales performance, assist in forecasting, and contribute to effective inventory management to meet market demand.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and drive market penetration.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing key account portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and industry trends.
