Spectrum Brands, a renowned global leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Specialist to join its dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sales strategies and a proven track record of success in cultivating effective relationships with key accounts in the specialist channel.

The role involves managing some of the company's most important customers, driving increased sales and profitability through strategic growth, forecasting, and promotional investment.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide accurate and timely forecasts, ensuring effective stock management and promotional programs.
  3. Optimize promotional investment to maximize return on investment and meet customer needs.
  4. Collaborate closely with the logistics, customer service, and marketing departments to ensure seamless customer service and identify new market opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales environments, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and the specialist channel. Fluency in both Italian and English is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
