Job Title: Junior Key Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team at Randstad Italia SpA. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in boosting sales and strengthening relationships with key clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to cultivate and manage robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist in closing deals by ensuring contracts are completed promptly and within the agreed terms, directly impacting the company's sales objectives.

Keep a close eye on sales performance, assist in forecasting, and contribute to effective inventory management to meet market demand.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor actions, and evolving customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive edge.

Provide valuable feedback to product development and marketing teams, helping to refine product offerings and drive market penetration.

Requirements:

At least 1-year experience in Key Account sales, with a proven ability to support and drive commercial outcomes.

Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business administration, or a related field.

Solid understanding of production planning processes, stock management in sales, and the broader market landscape.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Goal orientation, proactivity, and consistency in action.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the talent to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a working knowledge of tools to support sales and account management.

Proficiency in both English and Italian.

Availability for business trips within Italy as required.
