Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and competencies, manage salary costs, and participate in the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews, oversee training, and ensure training compliance.
- Monitor attendance, communicate results, and propose growth plans.
- Review performance and propose necessary changes.
- Ensure customer relationship quality, train teams in excellent service, and maintain center maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Handle complaints, report incidents, and manage debtor relationships.
- Implement sales processes, manage pipeline, and analyze reports.
- Visit key accounts, achieve billing objectives, and coordinate other sales.
- Prepare operational tactics and support zone sales.
- Monitor price compliance, discuss risks and opportunities, and prepare and launch action plans to achieve objectives.
- Implement debt management and administrative procedures, conduct audits, and propose changes for improved efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving other departments and collaborate on operational actions related to the country opening.
Requirements:
- Hold a university degree and have consolidated experience as an Area Manager in the self-storage or retail sector.
- Be proficient in English and Spanish for communication in meetings, email correspondence, and company document comprehension and writing.
- Demonstrate leadership, commercial competence, teamwork and collaboration, commitment and engagement, planning and organization, and initiative and proactivity.
