Job overview: We are seeking a Inside Salesfor coordinator between customers, outdoor sales, agents and operations in the sales area. You would contribute to gross profit budgets and increasing revenues / volumes as well.
In this role, you will be:
Responsible for all (ocean and air freight, 3PL and customs) incoming quotations for clients, potentials and networks parties (foreign offices, agents, and tenders). Responsible for incoming RFQ's – make tenders and necessary documentation, delegation and ensure that deadlines are kept. Regular updating of all existing customer quotes (on regular basis) General inside sales backup with documentation, templates, quotes, Icon etc. both for new and existing clients. Completion of presentations and reports to support business relationship and opportunities Provide accurate and timely information to client services and operations to ensure process and administration efficiency Qualifications About you:
At least 1-2 years proven sales experience within a similar organization Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market and regulations Strong selling & presentation skills and have solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment Knowledge of CRM systems and CargoWise 1 would be an asset What moves you?
