Job DescriptionWithin the General Manager Office we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The candidate will support the Head of General Manager Office to manage special projects and ordinary activities, involving relevant stakeholders.The resource, reporting the Head of General Manager Office, will be in charge of the following tasks:analyze, review and summarize content coming from specific interactions with internal and external stakeholderssupport selected approval processes (e.g. investment, procurement, etc.)analyze content in a critical way coming from a variety of sources highlighting key elementsmanage presentations and preparation of C-level meetings, internal or external events, oversee social media presencesupport coordination specific initiatives or projects ensuring cross-functional and crossgeographical alignment throughout the executionsupport development of deep-dive on selected topics (e.g. benchmarks, competitor insights), activating Group and Local functions when necessaryliaise with other functions or external staff to manage follow-ups on actions items defined by GM (e.g. audit, compliance)ad-hoc supportRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:3+ years of working experience in financial services industryDegree in Economics, Law, Engineering or Quantitative SubjectsFluency in English is a requisite.
