Specialist Principali
responsabilità: Gestire le richieste
dei clienti ricevute tramite telefono ed e-mail;
Identificare e
soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti, fornendo informazioni complete e accurate;
Utilizzare i tool
informatici messi a disposizione per registrare le interazioni con i clienti;
Individuare e fornire
soluzioni a problemi volti a migliorare processi ed efficacia operativa;
Compete nze richieste: Giovani diplomati o
laureati;
Ottima conoscenza del
mondo internet e competenze informatiche avanzate;
Ottime capacità
comunicative e di ascolto;
Abilità nel gestire
più attività contemporaneamente;
Proattività nel
trovare soluzioni in autonomia;
Preferibilmente,
esperienza in ruoli di customer service/care;
