Cosa farai? Contesto La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell'area Business Excellence, a stretto contatto con i Business Partner di area terapeutica. Attraverso l'affiancamento del tutor aziendale, la risorsa sarà guidata nelle analisi di mercato di aree terapeutiche specialistiche e svilupperà modalità di monitoraggio della performance attraverso indicatori specifici di settore. Inoltre, l'esposizione a partnership con ruoli di marketing, alle campagne multichannel ed al posizionamento di prodotti in lancio, permetteranno al candidato/a di acquisire le conoscenze base delle dinamiche del mercato Pharma, di analisi di competitive intelligence, e del business monitoring.
Lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso e a matrice, all'interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali.
Principali Interlocutori : Business Partner di Area terapeutica, Business Analysts, Brand Managers, Tech Analysts.
Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento: Supporto operativo ai Business Parnters di Area Terapeutica nel monitoraggio di trend di mercato e di prodotto
Contributo alla ideazione ed implementazione di nuovi metodi di analisi della performance 
Aggiornamento degli indicatori di valutazione della performance di aree terapeutiche specialistiche
Impostazione di presentazioni per la condivisione dei risultati alle principali funzioni di business
Competenze da sviluppare:  lo scenario di gestione della performance in una multinazionale farmaceutica
le dinamiche degli indicatori del mercato farmaceutico, specialistico in partircolare
le logiche alla base dei piani di lancio di nuovi prodotti nel sistema sanitario Italiano
la capacità analitica e di individuazione di insight primari da evidenziare alle funzioni di business
il lavoro interdiscliplinare con esposizione ai ruoli di Marketing, Analytics e Digital-Tech
la pianificazione di attività tra dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale
