Per il Canale Export (Caffarel) siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager .
Principali responsabilità: Monitorare, gestire, sviluppare i mercati assegnati e i clienti dell'area (situazione attuale, trend di sviluppo, iniziative della concorrenza) Proporre un piano commerciale di area (distribuzione, portafoglio prodotti e clienti, attività di marketing, investimenti) coerente con gli obiettivi aziendali, atto a garantire uno sviluppo della zona stessa Monitorare le performance dell'area e l'andamento dei piani di sviluppo Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati attraverso l'ottimale assegnazione e ripartizione del budget di area sulla rete di distributori, retailers, aree geografiche, canali di vendita Costruire e mantenere una rete di relazione di successo e di partnership con i clienti Garantire la corretta gestione commerciale e dei prezzi nelle aree assegnate Garantire che assortimento, merchandising, visibilità e qualità vengano soddisfatti per punto vendita in linea con strategie aziendali Favorire la corretta implementazione della politica dei prezzi raccomandata dall'azienda Verificare e gestire sistematicamente lo stato del credito dei clienti e le relative condizioni di pagamento Preparare le previsioni di vendita (forecast) per prodotto, cliente per l'area assegnata e aggiornarle proattivamente Sede di riferimento: Induno Olona Candidato ideale: Laurea magistrale o specialistica; 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in ruoli analoghi; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera Ottime capacità di analisi; Ottima predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali; Attitudine al problem solving e al miglioramento continuo; Capacità di lavorare in team; Orientamento al cliente e al risultato finale; #J-18808-Ljbffr
