Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per conto di una realtà leader nella progettazione, costruzione e gestione di impianti a biogas / biometano, ricerca un / a:
Il / la candidato / a ideale ha un background agronomico e ha maturato una solida esperienza nella conduzione di impianti per la produzione di biogas / biometano da matrici agricole, agroalimentari e zootecniche. Possiede inoltre competenze specifiche nella validazione e ottimizzazione dei parametri produttivi e nella gestione dei feedstock.
La risorsa andrà a ricoprire un ruolo chiave all'interno della funzione Asset Management e, nello specifico, sarà responsabile dell'esercizio e della manutenzione di un cluster di impianti sul territorio, coordinandone i relativi Plant Manager e il personale operativo.
Le sue principali mansioni saranno quindi:
Validazione e ottimizzazione dei parametri produttivi (tipologie, rese, caratteristiche delle biomasse...);Analisi dei KPI degli impianti, definizione e implementazione di strategie di miglioramento;Supervisione ad alto livello degli aspetti di salute, sicurezza e ambiente;Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività di O&M;Definizione e implementazione dei flussi di approvvigionamento delle biomasse con particolare attenzione ai contesti agricoli locali e all'efficientamento alla scalabilità dei processi a livello globale;Coordinamento e supervisione della struttura di specialisti addetti alla gestione degli impianti, agendo come focal point tra il personale operativo dislocato localmente, le funzioni tecniche di Sede e i contractor esterni;Definizione e validazione del budget operativo con responsabilità sul P&L per il cluster di impianti assegnati.Requisiti:
8+ anni di esperienza nelle attività sopra descritte;
Provenienza dal settore biogas / biometano agricolo;
Un background agronomico costituisce un titolo preferenziale;
Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
Completano il profilo: eccellenti capacità organizzative, ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità e capacità di adattamento.
Sede di lavoro: flessibile, con preferenza su Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia o Emilia Romagna.
