Offriamo il ruolo di HOTEL MANAGER dalla stagione invernale 2024/25 per le nostre bellissime strutture situate sull'intero territorio nazionale e per strutture di nuova acquisizione.
La risorsa inserita risponderà alla Direzione Generale e sarà il punto di riferimento dell'intera struttura alberghiera, gestendo, organizzando e coordinando in modo operativo le attività di tutti i reparti.
Dovrà motivare il personale al fine di mantenere un clima positivo e valorizzare le capacità dei collaboratori, migliorare costantemente i servizi offerti agli ospiti per garantire elevati standard, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
Dovrà supervisionare il lato amministrativo e qualitativo di tutti i servizi offerti dalla struttura attenendosi alle procedure ed agli standard dettati dalla catena nel rispetto degli obiettivi economici stabiliti.
È la posizione adatta a te se hai: Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo turistico alberghiero Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, meglio se presso gruppi alberghieri o catene internazionali e profonda conoscenza del settore alberghiero e delle dinamiche del turismo.
Capacità di gestire, guidare e motivare i collaboratori Conoscenze e competenze approfondite nella gestione dei reparti legati alla ristorazione (sala, bar, economato, cucina) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese , gradita anche la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (tedesco) Forte orientamento alla soddisfazione dell'ospite .
Completano il profilo: professionalità, doti di leadership e capacità di problem solving.
