IL RUOLO Come Business Development Manager ti occuperai di consulenza e di attività finalizzate alla vendita, seguendo la realizzazione di progetti UX.
In particolare: parteciperai attivamente al recruiting e alla gestione del team di lavoro creerai nuove opportunità di business su vari canali di acquisizione con clienti prospect proporrai e attiverai dei design team di consulenti UX presso i clienti ti occuperai della vendita di progetti UX relativi a servizi digitali come App, Siti o Web Application presso clienti diretti e aziende partner con il supporto del delivery team ti occuperai della vendita di progetti di UX research come UX assessment e analisi di usabilità.
CHI CERCHIAMO Esperienza + 5 anni nel ruolo Preferibile formazione universitaria in Economia e commercio, Ingegneria gestionale o affini e Diploma al Liceo Classico o Scientifico (saranno valutati anche percorsi alternativi in presenza di spiccate doti commerciali dimostrabili da esperienze rilevanti) Inglese fluente Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (specialmente Word, Excel e Power Point) Ottima conoscenza dei CRM software per la gestione delle lead e tracciamento delle opportunità commerciali Capacità di generare nuove opportunità con clienti prospect ed esperienza nella gestione di follow up commerciali Esperienza nella redazione di un?offerta commerciale in ambito della consulenza ICT Esperienza nella gestione della relazione col cliente, supporto post-vendita, coordinamento tra cliente e team di lavoro Intuito commerciale e proattività Disponibilità a trasferte in giornata presso i clienti e le aziende partner (zona: Nord Italia) Graditi uno o due anni di esperienza all?estero Gradita esperienza in web agency, digital agency o altre realtà come ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Disponibilità a presenziare ad eventi e fiere LA NOSTRA OFFERTA: Inquadramento commisurato in base all?esperienza e livello di professionalità Retribuzione variabile aggiuntiva in base agli obiettivi raggiunti Possibilità di lavoro ibrido, presenza/remote, sede Milano Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
