Obiettivo generaleLa figura si occuperà di generare opportunità di vendita nel canale Retail, fidelizzare il Cliente e supportarlo, ove necessario, nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche, mantenendo una relazione professionale e fornendo informazioni sulle caratteristiche di nuovi prodotti e servizi.Responsabilità principaliPianificare e fissare appuntamenti presso potenziali clientiAllacciare nuovi contatti professionaliAmpliare il portafoglio clienti nella zona/settore di mercato, contattando e proponendo prodotti e soluzioni dell'aziendaVerticalizzare il portafoglio prodotti all'interno dei clienti assegnatiAcquisire ordini in linea con il budget assegnato.Il profilo che cerchiamoRequisiti indispensabiliLaurea in discipline economiche o ingegneria gestionale, costituirà titolo preferenzialeOttimo utilizzo del PC e dell'intero Pacchetto OfficeBuona conoscenza della lingua IngleseAlmeno 6-7 anni di esperienza pregressaIl candidato ideale possiede una forte predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi, autonomia, ottime capacità relazionali, spirito di iniziativa e determinazione nel raggiungimento dei risultati.Requisiti desiderabiliCostituirà elemento preferenziale la conoscenza del mercato Retail, e la provenienza da aziende che operano nel settore.I nostri benefici In Johnson Control troverete un ambiente aperto a nuove idee ed esperienze appaganti, con la possibilità di svolgere un lavoro coinvolgente che vi stimolerà ad ampliare le vostre competenze e a fare carriera.
