The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, either directly or indirectly through subsidiaries, joint ventures, and licensing and distribution agreements.Are you looking for a place where innovation, efficiency and Information Technology meet chemistry?We are looking for a Global Business Solution Specialist - Downstream & Upstream - focused on SAP Operations modules to join our global ITS organization.What is the purpose of the role?The Global Business Solution Specialist - Downstream & Upstream will be part of the Bracco ITS Global Organization, acting as a focal point for business processes and applications related to site operations, procurement, quality, plant maintenance, as well as order fulfillment and logistics, including primary and secondary distribution and customer service processes.The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA Operations modules PP, PM, QM, CS, MM, being responsible for driving the above-listed process and functional analysis of business requests to identify and address the best solution from an ITS perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Support project management processes, including planning, monitoring, and managing risks and stakeholder expectations.Analysis and Solution Design: Collect business requirements, conduct functional and technical analysis, design solutions, and configure the SAP S/4 HANA system to meet business needs.Testing and Training: Plan and execute comprehensive tests and oversee/user training, ensuring proper documentation release.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems/applications.External Vendors Management: Ensure service delivery according to agreed service levels and costs.Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, optimize system performance, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP Operations modules.Compliance: Ensure compliance with existing guidelines and regulations, focusing on GxP, quality, and SOD guidelines, and provide support during inspections.Your Profile3-7 years of professional experience in SAP S/4 HANA Operations area, ref.
