HotelHotel Eden Area/RepartoRoom Division - Guest Relations RuoloGuest Relation Manager Tipologia ContrattualeTempo Determinato Durata del Contratto6 mesi Descrizione del ruolo Avrai passione per il tuo ruolo e soddisfare i nostri ospiti ti riempirà di orgoglio:· Sarai Responsabile in quanto Guest Relation Manager della preparazione del soggiorno e dell'accoglienza di specifici ospiti del nostro Hotel e ti assicurerai che questi ultimi ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.· Ti occuperai di organizzare il pre-arrival nei minimi dettagli e dell'accoglienza degli ospiti.Verificherai che all'arrivo dell'ospite e durante la sua permanenza, tutto sia in linea con quanto previsto e concordato.Gestirai i processi del back office in termini di corrispondenza email nonché del coordinamento della comunicazione con tutti i reparti coinvolti per far sì che l'ospite possa vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile, e il contatto con loro in prima persona.· Avrai un continuo confronto con tutti oi reparti operativi coinvolti nell'intero soggiorno dell'ospite dalla prenotazione fino al post partenze.· Ci facciamo ispirare quotidianamente dai nostri valori di Passione, Personalità, Rispetto, Lavoro di Squadra, e Creatività.Nel tuo ruolo di Guest relation Manager avrai l'opportunità di dar vita a questi valori per rafforzare la nostra cultura We Care.Cosa offriamo Nel tuo ruolo di Guest relation Manager presso l'hotel Eden, riceverai: · Salario competitivo, 14 mensilità (fisso+variabile)· Piano di sviluppo personale (Your Plan)· Formazione continua (on the Job, Cross training negli altri reparti e by Dorchester Collection Academy)· Soggiorni gratuiti con colazione inclusa in tutti i nove hotel Dorchester Collection.Puoi soggiornare gratuitamente due volte l'anno in ciascun hotel(soggetto a regole e disponibilità interne)· Eventi aziendali (Staff Forum, Staff Party, Cene di reparto, iniziative Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB), ecc)· 50% di sconto in bar e ristoranti all'interno di ogni hotel Dorchester Collection· Mensa aziendale gratuita durante il servizio· Accesso privilegiato a negozi/servizi/centri fitness/centri medici convenzionati con l'hotel· Divisa fornita dall'hotel con servizio lavanderia gratuito· Non è previsto alloggio Cosa porterai in Dorchester Collection · Porterai la tua personalità unica e la passione per il ruolo e per il team.· Le tue competenze e la tua esperienza passata nel settore dell'hôtellerie di lusso.· La comunicazione è ciò che fa funzionare perfettamente i nostri dipartimenti.Devi saper dimostrare eccellenti doti comunicative e un'etica solida di servizio al cliente.· L'italiano è la lingua principale utilizzata nel nostro hotel.Devi dimostrare di poter comunicare efficacemente in questa lingua.Inoltre è necessario avere un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.· Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e/o di notte, esperienza precedente in contesti di lusso, proattività, abilità a lavorare in autonomia e/o in team.
