***Main Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy**: your mission will be to define strategic priorities, develop roadmaps, and lead our Business Development strategy in Italy across different cities.
- **Team** **management**: you will be responsible for leading, developing and mentoring a team of 3 Sales Leads and support a team of 30-40 Sales Development Representatives.
We are looking for optimistic and enthusiastic people: the development of these teams while forging a strong organization is one of the keys to our long-term success
- **Process Optimization**: Deliveroo is a company that moves at high speed and scale.
As Head of Sales, you will have the opportunity to create and improve processes, for example the creation of new reporting tools to help guide business decisions.
- **Stakeholder Management**: you will facilitate meetings with high profile F&B groups for new business, lead negotiations.You will work closely with the Management, Finance & Strategy teams, central and commercial teams to implement new products and processes within your scope.
- **Reporting**: Periodically report on performance to senior management
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 3/4+ years sales experience + min.
1 year managerial experience
- Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools (eg.
Salesforce)
**Skills**:
- Well-organized
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Previous experience of the IT restaurant industry is desirable
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of driving yourself and your team to achieving targets
