Questa è un'interessante opportunità di lavoro per un Business Development Manager esperto in mercati italiani ed esteri.
La figura sarà responsabile commerciale della business unit che produce lubrificanti e prodotti chimici per la refrigerazione e il condizionamento, con un focus particolare su innovazione, sostenibilità e soluzioni su misura per i clienti.

Descrizione Sviluppare e implementare strategie di business per aumentare la quota di mercato nei settori refrigerazione e condizionamento.
Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e sviluppare relazioni solide con potenziali clienti e partner.
Condurre analisi di mercato per identificare trend, competitor e opportunità di crescita.
Collaborare con il team di marketing per sviluppare campagne mirate e materiali di vendita.
Gestire e ampliare il portafoglio clienti esistente, assicurando un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente.
Monitorare le performance di vendita e generare report periodici.
Partecipare a fiere di settore, conferenze e eventi per promuovere i prodotti e le soluzioni aziendali.
Coordinare le attività di vendita internazionale, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita nei mercati esteri.
Profilo del Candidato Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini.
Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza nel settore dei lubrificanti e prodotti chimici per refrigerazione e condizionamento.
Forte background in business development e gestione delle vendite, preferibilmente a livello internazionale.
Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche del mercato e delle tecnologie nel settore della refrigerazione e condizionamento.
Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
Orientamento ai risultati con una comprovata esperienza nel raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di vendita.
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di prendere decisioni strategiche.
Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere, in particolare Francese e/o Tedesco sarà considerata un plus.
