**MEOTEC** is a fast-growing consulting firm with more than _**700 employees **_across _**5 countries**_. We assist our clients in the management of their projects and their transformations since 2005. True operational relays between the management committees and the various technical trades, our consultants support our clients in the translation of strategic decisions into operational action plans.
- **The Business Manager**_ has a key role within the organization. It is a position with strong responsibilities and the company’s development depends on it. We are looking for top executives to strengthen our organization.
- **Your mission**_

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage your own profit center. This position is based on 3 main activities:
**Business Development**
- Creating business opportunities by prospecting new clients
- Optimizing business profitability with mid-size and international clients
- Negotiating and closing deals on service-based contracts or on time-based contracts
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the achievement of the set objectives

**HR**
- Selecting & recruiting your new consultant team
- Being in charge of the consultants’ career evolutions (annual review, training )

**Management**
- Overseeing your own team of consultants
- Supervising the financial status of your activity
- Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationship with your partners
- **What we are looking for**_
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
- You have a minimum experience of 2 years in sales / business development / management
- You want to pursue a business and management career
- You are energetic, determined, enthusiastic, creative and business-oriented
- You are proactive and motivated to achieve challenging goals
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- You are native in Italian and fluent in English (French is a plus)
