**JOB MISSION**
He/she is responsible of the daily management of the boutique stock and operational excellence of both sales floor and back-of-house in order to maximize store profitability and efficiency.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Oversees and monitors all the inventory assuring a prompt and accurate replenishment on the shop floor
- Manages all stock transfers (reception, departure, BTQ-BTQ, BTQ-Corp, BTQ-Corp-Specialist) assuring the right allocation and timing
- Accountable and responsible in spot, cycle and annual Physical Inventories
- In accordance with Boutique Managers implement and develop improvements about space management and workflow
- Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment by leveraging both personal and team savoir-faire to create a collaborative network
- Manage customer reservations, consignments and repairs
- Responsible for Visual Merchandising stock allocation
- Price control (labels, prices, mismatches)
- Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures and policies
- Support sales team to the daily opening and closing of the boutique
- Assist special projects/events when needed
- Develop deep understanding and knowledge of brand and products to convey Cartier heritage and values
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2/3 yrs of successful experience in a luxury or complex retail environment as coordinator / supervisor (SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus)
- Self-Starter with Team-Player approach
- Strong service and excellence orientation
- Solution Developer
- Flexible and dynamic approach
