**About the role**:
At the moment we are looking for an **Internal sales **in the Hybrid Cloud Businees Unit with main focus on **Vmware solutions **.
The person will be experienced in **building excellent customer **and v **endor sales relationships **through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced in **generating new business opportunities **by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a **general conversation around a solution/product area **; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Proactively develop relationships with **key internal **and **external contacts**:
- **Engages in active inside selling **by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes
- Manages customer **backorder **and Reportalong specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- ** Manages project end-to-end **or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate **product information **, **pricing, **special offers **and **promotions**:
- **Drives sales of specific products **/ vendors if specific knowledge is required
- Generate and own a **pipeline of deals **in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- **1-2 years **of experience
- Numerate with good **attention to detail**:
- Excellent **telephone manner **and Effective Communication Skills
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve **set targets**:
- Understands **Sales Process**:
- ** IT industry knowledge **would be desirable but not essential
