**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an **Internal sales** with a deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders able t**o **build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships** through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
Someone that will **generate new business opportunities** by planning outbound calls to customers and by having a general conversation around a solution/product area
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Proactively develop **relationships with key internal and external **contacts
- Engages in **active inside selling** by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes
- Manages **customer backorder** along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- Manages **project end-to-end **or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains **service levels agreements** with customers
- ** Sell the benefits** of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required
- Provides accurate and timely **quotations** (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- **1-2 years** of experience
- Numerate with **good attention to detail**:
- Excellent **telephone manner**:
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve **set targets**:
- Understands **Sales Process**:
- ** Effective Communication Skills** and Good relationship building
- A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
