Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base, develops and manages staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Successfully leads a regional sales team to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals;
- Handles the business by managing the planning, organization and execution of all sales activities;
- Evaluates and implements sales objectives and strategies according to the country's objectives and policies;
- Participates in the country planning and review processes;
- Reviews and consolidates sales plan to contribute to the regional sales plan;
- Negotiates with important accounts and group purchasing departments;
- Executes new product launches in the area of responsibility;
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and physicians;
- Plans and organizes the activities of the regional team;
- Develops and manages people;
- Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures;

**Education Required**

University degree or 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

**Skills and experience**

Good knowledge of English (listening and writing). Knowledge of medical device environment. Territory Management Negotiation Motivation for sales Ethical conduct Result driven.
