Pfizer is hiring a motivated and innovative Customer Solution Manager to be included in our Vaccine Business Unit for Italy reporting directly to the Vaccine BU Lead based in Rome.

- Our mission is to give customers access to our Vaccines considering their needs. The Customer Solution Manager will be responsible to maximize the value of the vaccines portfolio via targeted messaging and speed up content reuse and creation and maximize channel use across the portfolio and optimize distribution to increase customer reach

- Primary Responsibilities
- The Customer Solution Manager will support the Italian market to deliver Digital Vision and serve as an innovator, reporting into Pfizer stakeholders at a local market level. Moreover, will ensure that channel activation is appropriate for both consumer and HCP audiences
- What You Offer

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in digital (and ideally healthcare) expertise
- Understanding of digital marketing with functional expertise in a broad range of new or emerging digital technologies, channels and platforms
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English in written, spoken and listen

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in an international environment, navigating the complexity and employing strategic networking skills
- Solid experience in matrix organization
- Expertise in public speaking
