Fondazione M.I.A.S. (Mini Invasive Advanced Surgery) è una fondazione non profit che contribuisce al progresso delle scienze mediche e chirurgiche per migliorare la sicurezza delle procedure interventistiche e la cura dei pazienti.

Dal 2010 organizziamo e promuoviamo corsi teorici e pratici di procedure interventistiche nell’ambito della chirurgia.

Nel laboratorio e nella sala chirurgica vengono svolti corsi di training hands-on su modelli a diverso livello di complessità per esempio modelli sintetici, modelli ex-vivo, live tissue e cadaver lab.

Oltre alla formazione, la Fondazione sviluppa e catalizza la creazione di reti tra professionisti ed enti nel mondo della sanità per favorire l’esperienza di ricerca medica innovativa.

Fondazione infatti è stata incubatrice di diversi progetti innovativi tra cui un robot per chirurgia single port e un software per la pianificazione operatoria.

La risorsa avrà modo di essere collaborare su diversi fronti di attività della Fondazione avendo modo di interfacciarsi con funzioni interne ed esterne alla azienda come fornitori e clienti.

Si richiede:

- una ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (word, power point, excel, outlook, teams, ecc..).
- ottima capacità di scrittura e comunicazione
- capacità di gestire social (instagram, twitter, linkedin, ecc..)
- capacità di relazionarsi
- intraprendenza e problem solving

LE MANSIONI:
Alla risorsa saranno richieste le seguenti responsabilità:
Assistenza organizzativa per eventi
- Aggiornamento e gestione inventario materiali di magazzino
- Supporto logistico per ricezione materiali
- Supporto organizzativo corsi di formazione
- Accoglienza ospiti corso
- Servizio reception e accoglienza
- Partecipazione meeting e redazione note di meeting
- Gestione agenda e appuntamenti

Attività di promozione eventi e attività della Fondazione:

- Assistenza alla redazione documentale per la stesura di un piano di marketing
- Gestione quotidiana delle piattaforme social e coordinamento collaborazioni per la redazione di materiali da pubblicare.
- Realizzazione di documenti e video di promozione
- Gestione e manutenzione del sito web
- Esplorazione del mercato della formazione italiano ed europeo stabilendo contatti con aziende e professionisti medicali per la creazione di nuove opportunità.
- Gestione agenda e appuntamenti per nuovi contatti
- Attività di supporto alle attività di raccolta fondi svolte dalla Fondazione

Attività di sviluppo nuove proposte formative
- Esplorazione del mercato della formazione italiano ed europeo stabilendo contatti con aziende e professionisti medicali per la creazione di nuove opportunità
- Partecipazione a meeting per l’ideazione di nuovi progetti formativi e gestione delle attività volte alla promozione e realizzazione dei programmi
- Raccolta informazione e attività di aggiornamento costante sulle aree di interesse della Comunità Europea affini alle attività della Fondazione

Assistenza técnica di base
- Installazione e configurazione dei pacchetti software aziendali (Office, GoogleSuite)
- Assistenza técnica durante l’uso delle sale conferenze
- Monitoraggio interventi manutentivi ordinari e straordinari

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €1.100,00 - €1.300,00 al mese
