Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. è stata fondata a Parma nel 1910 come ditta individuale da Gino Pizzarotti, trasformata successivamente nel 1945 in società a responsabilità limitata per opera del geom. Pietro Pizzarotti, padre dell’attuale Presidente Cav. Lavoro Paolo Pizzarotti. E' diventata nel 1961 Società per azioni con un capitale sociale di 250 milioni di euro. Oggi è alla quarta generazione, rappresentata da Michele Pizzarotti, Vice Presidente dell’azienda, assieme ai fratelli Enrica e Pietro. **Posizione**:
L’IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., impresa di costruzioni generali, con cantieri in Italia e all’estero, ricerca **neolaureata/o in Giurisprudenza** per inserimento nel Dipartimento Corporate & Legal Affairs con sede a Parma.

**Requisiti**:
La persona sarà inserita nel team Legale Estero e in affiancamento al/la tutor acquisirà le seguenti competenze:

- Redazione e negoziazione di contratti commerciali;
- Partecipazione a gare di appalto di natura pubblica o privata;
- Preparazione e gestione di contenziosi.

Per l’adeguata copertura della posizione sono richiesti come requisiti fondamentali:

- Laurea in Giurisprudenza;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, sia scritta che parlata;
- Ottima conoscenza di una lingua straniera tra inglese e francese, sia scritta che parlata.

Sarà considerato un plus aver maturato una breve esperienza in azienda o studi legali.

Completano il profilo la motivazione al ruolo, la disponibilità all’apprendimento e ottime doti relazionali.
