We seek a talented and enthusiastic intern to work within the CEO's Office.

In this role, you work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and the CEO's Executive Assistant, supporting the daily activities of the executive office, working on a range of initiatives for the company, and supporting the CEO in carrying out his responsibility.

You will support diverse projects and various CEO topics, such as internal and external meetings and events, with research, analysis, and preparation of speeches and presentations. You can expect an inclusive & international environment with a commitment to mentoring, on-the-job training, teamwork, and transparency.

**What will you do**:

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis necessary to prepare briefing materials and/or to develop recommendations for the Leadership Team
- Support the Chief of Staff to the CEO with project management tasks such as collecting KPIs from various teams to track progress, assisting with stakeholders' communication, and following up on to-dos
- Support the preparation of meetings and events organized by the CEO's Office, including company all-hands, seminars, and more
- Take meeting notes and share meeting summaries with the team, when appropriate

**Who are you**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a similar field
- Highly motivated, self-starter, willing to assume responsibility, curious to learn new things
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Ability to uphold the highest standard of discretion - the CEO's Office handles confidential matters, and we take protecting this information very seriously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Gsuite.
