What you can expect:
- Manage the regional sales
- Implement marketing and incentive programs
- Execute field days and conduct product demonstrations
- Forecasting and appropriate management of the inventory
- Provide technical service and training to manufacturer, dealer and farmers
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends
- Attractive salary and company car
- Home office in Italy or France
What is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or engineering
- Agricultural and agronomic expertise minimum 5 years in sales of irrigation equipment / farm machinery
- Demonstrated sales experience in European markets
- Strong communicator and networker
- Self-motivated and highly results
- oriented sales professional
- Customer focus mentality
- Frequent traveling in Europe
- English and Italian language
