**Requisiti**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello B1 CEFR) sia orale che scritta
- Età mínima: 18 anni
- Diploma di scuola media superiore
- Avere i requisiti per lavorare in Italia
- Esperienza di lavoro con un computer (Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word ed Excel)
- La disponibilità a lavorare su turni flessibili dal lunedì alla domenica

**Requisiti preferenziali**:

- A proprio agio nel lavorare in un gruppo che presenta diversità ed a contribuire ad una cultura inclusiva
- Precedente esperienza nel Servizio Clienti

**Competenze**:

- Abilità di interazione efficace con i servizi di supporto e tutti gli altri reparti
- Capacità di adattarsi velocemente al cambiamento e di avere il giusto senso di urgenza nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione sia verbale che scritta, con una spiccata attitudine alla risoluzione di problemi ed alla ricerca autonoma di soluzioni

**Cosa farai come addetto al servizio clienti?**
Il Delivery Station Liaison fornisce un servizio clienti localizzato in sede all’interno della Delivery Station per consentire un'indagine efficace in tempo reale sulla localizzazione di un pacco e su come Amazon può recapitarlo al cliente il più rapidamente possibile. Inoltre, permette ai clienti di contattare gli esperti locali affinché possano ottenere informazioni più accurate e aggiornate sui loro ordini e su come Amazon sta risolvendo eventuali problemi di consegna.
La mansione presuppone un’eccellente capacità di pianificazione e forte inclinazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Sono richieste ottime capacità individuali di analisi e problem-solving al fine di offrire soluzioni tempestive e la puntuale consegna degli ordini. Il Delivery Station Liaison lavorerà sotto una limitata supervisione e guida del Manager, pertanto, quasi tutte le decisioni saranno prese in modo indipendente e richiederanno un alto grado di precisione.
Inoltre sarai responsabile di:

- Comunicare con clienti interni ed esterni riguardo i metodi di consegna.
- Risolvere dei conflitti per fornire la migliore soluzione per il cliente.
- Individuare la soluzione più adeguata a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente.
- Lavorare in modo indipendente, prendere complesse decisioni analitiche con poca o nessuna assistenza.
- Gestire contatti verbali e scritti.
- Facilitare il collegamento con i corrieri di parti terze
- Rappresentare in maniera efficace le esigenze del cliente e discutere le opzioni di riconsegna in giornata
