Nell’ottica di rinforzo del Team di Customer Care per la sede di PAVIA siamo alla ricerca di valide figure da inserire come:
Field Service Engineer.

La figura ricercata si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:

- Attività di manutenzione programmata
- Attività di manutenzione accidentale
- Formazione clienti uso e manutenzione impianti
- Interventi di installazione o riparazione di componentistica
- Interventi di riparazione in garanzia
- Interventi di riparazione e manutenzione fuori garanzia
- Interventi di modifica, revisione ed aggiornamento (retrofit/update)
- Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo elettrico, elettronico elettrotecnico
- Esperienza in ambito Service di almeno 4 anni
- Conoscenze base di meccanica, principalmente legate alla comprensione di schemi P&ID
- Esperienza di lavoro su sistemi PLC come ricerca guasti
- Esperienza nel gestire le problematiche di campo, fare diagnosi e promuovere soluzioni ai problemi tecnici
- Esperienza di gestione comunicativa del cliente sul campo
- Lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali ed internazionali fino a 70% del tempo

Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €45.000,00 all'anno
