Are you passionate about Operations and would enjoy working for a hospitality start-up expanding to **Italy**?
Then join our **Italian team** as a **Junior Hospitality Operations Manager** (M/F/d).

**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- You will be responsible for our properties in Italy and make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers, and visiting the properties when needed.
- You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones.
- You make sure the high-quality standards of our limehomes in all of our suite locations are met and you will even be visiting our beautiful properties on-site.
- You are linking our team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance ) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes.
- You work closely with our Operations Manager and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome.
- You are able to create/adopt new processes that might appear on-demand.
- You will be part and responsible for the first deals we run in the Italian market.

**What you need to shoot for the stars:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields, are located in Milan and willing to travel on-demand.
- Additionally, you speak Italian on a native level and have very good English skills.
- You have good Microsoft Excel skills.
- You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player.
- Also, you take ownership, love to tackle challenges and keep cool in stressful situations.
- You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
