Patients' Inside Sales Representative

**Ruoli e Responsabilità**
- Assistere il paziente con continenza urinaria tramite chiamate in entrata e in uscita al numero verde di supporto, consigliando i pazienti e gestendo il follow-up dei casi pendenti
- Raggiungimento dell’obiettivo nazionale di vendita
- Monitorare i nuovi pazienti che sono in dimissione
- Gestione delle richieste dei pazienti Convatec tramite servizi web
- Fungere da punto di contatto per medici e farmacie
- Supportare il team di vendita nel monitoraggio delle forniture ai pazienti
- Mantenere rapporti informatici accurati ed aggiornati dei dati di contatto del paziente
- Capacità di gestire lo Strumento di gestione del servizio di contatto (CRM, segreteria telefonica e WhatsApp)
- Collaborare attivamente con il team di vendita per la gestione dei pazienti

- Laurea scientifica (in ambito sanitario e/o medico) - Preferibile Psicologia

Viaggi limitati in base alle esigenze aziendali

Italiano: livello madrelingua, Inglese preferito
