As a recruiting partner of Habasit AG we are looking for **Commercial Excellence Manager (a) **for the location in Dąbrowa Górnicza (Poland), Eppertshausen (Germany), Milan (Italy) or Elland (UK). ✨ Your mission is to uplift the commercial ways of working by providing best-in-class strategic and operational guidance on commercial processes and tools, trainings and playbooks to the global and local teams, with a clear focus on creating direct customer impact and value as well as on realizing productivity gains. **What You Will Be Doing**
- Define, own and develop Habasit’s End-to-End Sales process, centered around customer value creation as well as next-level productivity gains, driving towards true digital customer interaction and process automation, while optimizing the sales tools needed to uplift the business performance (e.g., SugarCRM)
- Create and implement globally consistent, role-specific learnings paths and training curriculums for the commercial organization, providing best practices, knowledge, tools and resources in collaboration with Global HR
- Develop a set of commercial playbooks as the go-to guide for the respective commercial processes (e.g. Value Proposition Definition, Product & Market Launch) and establish an easy-to-access / -navigate playbook library and drive the adoption across the organization
- Support and participate in Commercial Strategy projects and initiatives
- Foster the Corporate Culture and Values
**What You Bring To The Job**
- University degree in business administration (4-years degree, reputable university)
- Experience working in an industrial B2B company
- Experience in working an advanced B2B commercial excellence function
- Experience in commercial / sales enablement, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches, i.e., rolling out projects / topics / processes across countries / globally
- Strong link to Habasit Core Values paired with resilience and results-orientation
- Deep knowledge (deep understanding of commercial excellence)
- Customer insight (deep insights into B2B customer needs, preferably in our target industries)
- Service orientation (strong internal & external service orientation and hands-on mentality)
- Automation (proactive drive towards automation of commercial processes)
- Travel Requirements20 - 40 %
