Our Client is one of the leading biopharmaceutical companies focused on the development of innovative therapeutic solutions.
**Role**:
- The Commercial Excellence & Solutions Manager is a key figure in the Commercial Excellence Team, that leads and coordinates innovation projects for a main Division of the company about both new product development and empowerment of existing ones.He/She finds sinergies among different projects and promotes collaborations among different functions: Marketing, Go to Market, Sales.Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and lead the Innovation flow: in particular by defining priorities and timing of each project, act as point of contact among company functions engaged in the project;
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation;
- Establish and maintain processes during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks;
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan;
- Collaborates with the Division Teams to ensure the growth and alignment of the Division's strategic priorities, giving insights and aligning needs on New Product Development;
- Analyzes specific indicators (customer segmentation, marketing ROI, marketing investments, etc.)
that lead to the identification of action points for increasing market share, sales and margin;
- Identify the main suppliers, tools and systems to ensure the efficiency and updating of market research and company insights;
- Drive and maintain a standardized best practice approach for collecting, communicating and sharing market research results.
**Requirements**:
- University Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering;
- A minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least two in similar roles;
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical dynamics, having worked in companies in the sector or in Human Data Science Companies or consulting firms working in the pharmaceutical sector;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with people of different roles and seniority levels;
- Strong teamwork abilities, work cooperatively and effectively in team to achieve the goals.
