LeasePlan Italia, è alla ricerca di n. 1 Corporate Sales Executive Area Lombardia da inserire all’interno della Direzione Commerciale. Il ruolo, basato a Milano, riporta al Corporate Sales Manager Area Lombardia & Large.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:
Scopo della posizione è quello di acquisire nuovi clienti e sviluppare il portafoglio già esistente, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita assegnati, con riferimento all'area territoriale ed il mercato/cliente di competenza.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:

- Procacciare ed acquisire nuovi clienti per l'area territoriale e tipologia di mercato/cliente assegnate.
- Assicurare la proposizione e la vendita dei servizi e prodotti LPIT a nuovi potenziali clienti/prospect.
- Sviluppare il portafoglio esistente ed assegnato per il segmento clienti e per l'area geográfica di riferimento.
- Rappresentare l’azienda nei confronti della clientela target.
- Assicurare la profittabilità delle vendite, nel rispetto delle indicazioni strategiche aziendali.
- Rappresentare l'Azienda nei confronti della clientela target e nei contatti con fornitori e partner (ad es. eventi aziendali, conferenze, inviti a manifestazioni, partecipazione ad iniziative di marketing).
- Garantire un approccio consulenziale al cliente, volto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni (saving, penetrazione prodotti, qualità dei servizi, rafforzamento partnership).
- Effettuare visite periodiche e programmate verso il cliente.
- Mitigare i rischi nel proprio portafoglio clienti attraverso azioni congiunte con le altre funzioni aziendali.
- Attività di consulenza per ottimizzazione flotta.
- Gestire, se necessario e/o richiesto, i reclami e delle richieste di informazioni ricevute dai clienti/driver (CRM).

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA’ - ATTITUDINI:

- Laurea in materie economiche o comprovata esperienza nel settore.
- Pianificazione delle vendite e forte propensione al raggiungimento dei risultati assegnati, elementi di marketing, elementi di merito creditizio, capacità e competenze commerciali, abilità nella gestione delle relazioni con fornitori e clienti, esperienza nella proposizione di soluzioni orientate al cliente, comprovata capacità nella gestione di relazioni interpersonali.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata.
- Conoscenza degli strumenti del pacchetto Office, AS400.
